Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and working closely with all SONEKA : SONEKA members (founders, technical team, sales/marketing team and product manager), you will join a team of 11 CSMs to support the company's significant growth.
Your role will be to support customers in the integration of SONEKA and its daily use.
