Mission

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and working closely with all SONEKA : SONEKA members (founders, technical team, sales/marketing team and product manager), you will join a team of 11 CSMs to support the company's significant growth.

Your role will be to support customers in the integration of SONEKA and its daily use.

Your main responsibilities are listed below and may evolve according to the growth of the company, your skills, and your appetites.

Regular contact with your existing customer portfolio:    

  • Accompaniment and support of customers in the use of the tool and its new features,
  • Track customer satisfaction by monitoring the effective use of the solution and meeting with them regularly,
  • Management of new customer projects: additional needs identified, evolution of SONEKA,
  • Organization, with the rest of the CSM team, of functional workshops with all customers.

Contribute to SONEKA's development through your knowledge of customers:

  • Analysis and understanding of customers' needs to improve the solution: be their spokesperson within the company,  
  • Participation in the drafting of specifications and tests with the product manager.  

Supporting the sales team: preparing demonstration environments and participating in discussions.

Activities

Technical and professional expertise required

SONEKA is looking for an experienced profile with :

  • Or experience in real estate and asset management (asset management, property management, financial analysis, appraisal, portfolio management),
  • Or significant experience in deploying and integrating digital solutions, preferably in finance or real estate,
  • A strong analytical mind, a strong taste for data and an ease with data manipulation,
  • A good knowledge of the SaaS environment: experience in system implementation,
  • Good command of Excel,
  • An excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate in a team and exchange with clients.
