Under the responsibility of the Head of Customer Success and in close collaboration with all members of SONEKA: SONEKA (the founders, the technical team, the sales/marketing team and the product manager), you will join a team of 11 CSMs to support the significant growth of the company.
Your role will be to support customers in integrating SONEKA and using SONEKA on a daily basis.
