Alexandre Attonaty, Flore Pourquié, Jean-Marie Touron from Poste Immo explain how SONEKA meets their asset management needs and share their pleasure in working with SONEKA.

What does SONEKA bring you in managing your activity?

Real estate post has the particularity of having a vast park, with many types of assets, distributed for my part throughout Île-de-France. We have about 1200 buildings, so I need to have not only a macro vision of the actions of asset managers, but also a micro vision of what is happening in each of the buildings in terms of asset management.

Thanks to reports, reports that are of the latest generation with charts, pies, very visible, dynamic, as soon as an asset changes something in the building, it is consolidated directly and it allows me to constantly bring my reporting, to have it constantly with me.

Are there any SONEKA features that you particularly like?

We used to do portfolio reviews, which are monthly meetings in which there were ten people around the table, which were established on Word.

We switched to news feeds in SONEKA which allows me to follow the progress of each one, each of the actions of asset managers in SONEKA, and to find these actions everywhere I go.

SONEKA being a web tool, when I go on a site I very often pick up my phone, look at the building, look at where it is positioned, look at what the leases are, what are the rents, move around the building, and at the same time look at the plans of the building that I have in SONEKA.

It is therefore a real advantage to have a tool that can be transported. But the tool that can be carried is also a tool that can be shared. We therefore have a tool that can be shared, from the asset manager who carries out actions on the building, to the managing director of the company.

So we have a tool that is both shareable and incrementable, on which everyone can work, we can have summaries.

We really have a tool adapted to our asset manager activity in 2020.

Is SONEKA a good asset tool?

SONEKA is an effective tool that allows us to have a 360° vision of our buildings. We have essential information on the building such as the work, financial data, rental status, vacancy. We also have the strategy that is defined for each building.

It is a tool that also allows us to export data to Excel, which corresponds to a significant saving of time for assets.

In addition, the tool is very intuitive, you can switch from one function to another easily.

So I would say in conclusion that it is a tool that is pleasant, efficient, effective, and allows you to understand each building correctly.

After nearly a year of deployment, what observations do you make?

Today, after a bit of hindsight on the implementation of SONEKA in the company, we still have 3 good reasons for satisfaction:

The first is that our assets refocus on their core business, and learn to share, and as a result we have gained a lot in transversality.

The second important thing is that there is a very high acceptance rate of the tool among teams. Moreover, it goes beyond the sector since the other sectors envy this tool and want to use it, so we are already working with it to create bridges, in particular towards rental management, project management, management control, technical management of buildings.

And more, the last point is that the tool allows us to consider reasoning and analysis much more detailed than what we had imagined at the beginning.

As I often say, finally, we dreamed it, SONEKA did it!
