Over the years, Groupe Financière Teychené has built up a diversified portfolio of predominantly commercial assets, comprising over 650,000 m² and more than 1,500 tenants, mainly in France and Belgium.

The Group manages its real estate assets in-house, bringing together its sales, accounting, management, legal and technical teams.
